been meaning to make a shirt w/ an Argyle pattern. / figured I’d add much ‘mouth tee’ touch to it, showing various feelings one might go through within a day.

The shipping forecast had it spot on – “Malin/Hebrides, South Westerly Severe Gale force 9 increasing Storm force 10, occasionally Violent Storm force 11”. / A good day to leave the boat in the marina and go exploring by land! Easdale is a particularly exposed piece of coast on the west of Scotland, where the sea has an uninterrupted run from Nova Scotia. To give you an idea of scale, the rocks in the foreground are a metre in diameter, they aren’t pebbles. Coincidentally, this ‘beach’ is where my wife and I had our first open water scuba dives .. fortunately the sea was a little calmer then!
The St Andrew Cross (the saltire) formed by two aeroplane contrails. The sun had just slipped below Ben Donich, Argyll. deliberately shot like this to keep the focus on the saltire .
Twighlight on Lake Argyle, Kununurra. The end to a beautiful afternoon reflected in the serenity of the water. This is an amazing place in the north of Western Australia. Kununnura may soon replace the Murray Darling as Australia’s food bowl. It is amazing the amount of water located in this area where you would not expect it!
Another from our shoot at the Argyle Hotel in Hollywood

Not many places you can get a view of Lach Awe from, despite its size. Came across this bluff one evening and couldn’t resist.
I have often passed this beautiful cemetery and on this particular day decided to stop for a few minutes. Those few minutes turned into approximately 120 minutes and as a result i got this image. I hope you like it.
On Loch Fyne, Cowal Peninsula, Argyll.
I make no apology for posting another one of Loch Fyne and Castle Lachlan. It’s a very special place when the light is just right. Cowal Peninsula, Argyll.
Watching the sea pile in to Easdale’s normally sheltered harbour reminded me of the song oft sung by the Vital Spark’s crew: Oh! The Crinan Canal for me, / I don’t like the wild raging sea, / It would be too terrific to cross the Pacific, / Or sail to Japan or Fiji. / A life on the Spanish Main, / I think it would drive me insane, / The big foaming breakers would give me the shakers, / The Crinan Canal for me. For the curious, the harbour entrance is between the rocks in the foreground, and the little rock right of centre .. not the rocks with the breaking wave!
Believe it or not, taken from a moving bus. Near Lochawe, Loch Awe, Argyll.
Beautiful Cardross on a warm summers evening. The farmer had just cut the hay in the field.
Kodiak on Loch Eck, Argyll. Low light, so a bit noisy.
An HDR image of Helensburgh. Image taken from the pier.
