Shot in January in the city of Aarhus. The name of the street (slash river) is Åboulevarden, in case anyone ever visits Denmark and happens to be in Aarhus ; ) And yes, it’s made from two exposure – I wasn’t THAT lucky with the sky!

Webb Bridge is down-to-earth, a project Melbourne can be proud of, built among the superannuated towers of Docklands. It suggests, romantically, the fishing nets, cages, middens and naughty hosiery of the old wharfs. It is biological and ethereal, a stab in the dark and sculptural.

Located in the U.S. Supreme Court building, which was built in the early 1930s after the Court had met in many different places. This building was the first permanent place for them to meet since they had first convened. The oval staircase is an attraction in the building but unfortunately, tourists are not allowed to ascend it.

Herringfleet Mill can be found where you might least expect to find it – about twenty yards on the Suffolk side of the Norfolk/Suffolk border. Given Norfolk’s monopoly on spectacular, well-preserved mills, it seems only fair that neighbouring Suffolk should have a few of its own…although it should be noted that even this mill is officially in the Norfolk Broads. This photograph was taken on an extremely February day. A 13 seconds’ exposure captured the movement of the clouds as they raced across the East Anglian sky. Canon EOS 5D and EF 16-35mm lens. Exposure of 13 seconds at f/22.

This shot was taken of the window of the original Black Springs Bakery building in Beechworth, Victoria, Australia. It has a very french provincial feel to it, though. This was taken in autumn with a Canon DSLR EOS 350D camera and a 18-55mm lens. This was featured in the Canon DSLR Group, Rural Around the Globe group, Windows and Doors Group, Falling Leaves group and the Nature’s Reclamation Group.

Ancient Bridge Cottage in the delightful old world village of Buckland-in-the-Moor in Devon’s Dartmoor National Park after a recent complete no expense spared refurbishment, including a new thatched roof sits in a beautiful natural woodland garden. I am sure many the romantics amongst us have dreams of living in a character filled chocolate box cottage like this, I know I certainly would. The view of Paris, capital of France. Taken from the very top of Sacre Coeur. Earlier today I had a phone call from Dean, asking if I would edit one of my existing shots for him to give to his sister for Christmas. He chose Atop Sacre Coeur, original of which can be seen below. After completing I thought I would add it to my folio. It has been a piece I have always thought about editing, but never actually got around to. I have never added a treated version of an existing piece to my folio, so this is all new to me! Let me know what you think of the two versions :) I edited the piece with a texture from www.deviantart.com free use stock, adjusted the colour and saturation, layered twice.
