I’m always in awe of the reflective qualities of water and light. The colors blend so superbly that the imitation of such has intreged artists for centuries and inspired some of the greatest art. This abstraction is from such a day when the light and the water danced with ripples of refracted colors.. Who could resist…

Took on a recent holiday in Paris, hence the title!!. I loved the way the French clipped their trees and hedges even huge trees were pruned, it must be a mammoth task. It has had the usual photoshop treatment.

This mill (located at Notre-Dame de l’Ile Perrot, Quebec / Canada, on the border of the fleuve saint-Laurent) was built in 1705 . The stones and some other structures inside are still original. / This is a place I would always make a stop to when I was a teenager and biking for hours to make the tour of the island. I decided it was about time I go back… when I got inside, I remembered what I loved most about it… the second you put a foot (the left one to make a wish, like the supersticious tradition says lol) it smells soooo good !!! / - / polarizing filter used / - /
