They should be living free in the wild, not being passed around a tour bus to earn money for a native. I had never photographed the look of fear until I took this photo.

I fell in love with the ceramic street-signs around the old centre of Antigua Guatemala. The bright red of the stopsign and the different textures of the little ceramic plates, the brickwork and the crumbling plaster all really appealed to me. An odd shot- especially in my portfolio, but one that I enjoy. May 2007.
