More elephants here / This shirt is also available as a greeting card / Elephants think about world events often. They sometimes think that people might not have everything under control. We should listen to what elephants have to say. Maybe they have some good ideas.

©2007-2008 Aimee Stewart, Foxfires – please see my CC Terms of Use before considering using this image for any personal or commercial use http://foxfires.deviantart.com/journal/6266450/ / (Please do not repost this on Photobucket or Flickr!) / —-—-—-—-——- She always considered herself an eclectic little ermine, with a penchant for sidewalk cafes, teacakes and paper parasols… —-—-- Artist’s Notes: Fan Tan Alley is a really cool, artsy, TINY little alleyway in Victoria, B.C. – and just the sort of place my stylish ermine would visit. Click here for a short Wikipedia entry on it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fan_Tan_Alley / http://vancouverisland.kulshan.com/British_Columbia/Vancouver_Island/Capital_Area/Victoria/Attractions/Fan_Tan_Alley.htm And as for the ermine, or polecat – I took her picture out by an abandoned house in the middle of a wheat field! I’ll post a real picture of her soon. :D

Like my photo of the figure of a woman, this was taken in a botanical garden in Los Angeles. The form of this tree is anthropomorphic in the sense it represents the form of a woman reaching upward toward a beautiful canopy of clouds above her. The colors and textures of this photograph combine to create a luminescent effect. /

The lightening of this tree is very striking as the sun shines through the clouds with the backdrop of blue sky. The central figure appears to be reaching out adding a spiritual dimension to this dramatic image. I perceive life forms, often anthropomorphic in my photographs of trees, bark and rocks.

This textured image of a female form is another example of how the bark of trees can manifest anthropomorphic imagery. Many images are contained within this colorful illustration. This piece presents well in the larger form to perceive the detail of this figure. /
