Their Children are cared for by the elder woman, who cannot work. This was taken as soon as the carers saw the mums coming up the village path. they are sure hungry babies. Often Breast milk dries up within a few weeks of giving Birth. There is very little food here, and the scarce food they do grow is extremely poor in Nutrition and Vitamins / .I am inspired by the word of God that teaches us to not just pray for the poor, but to give of our substance to help them. Taken at the National Zoo, Washington, DC. / / Name: Panthera tigris sumatrae (Sumatran Tiger) Description: The Sumatran tiger has the darkest coat of all tigers. Its broad, black stripes are closely spaced and often doubled. Unlike the Siberian tiger, it has striped forelegs. Sumatran tigers are the smallest tiger subspecies. Males average 2.4 meters (8 feet) in length from head to tail and weigh about 120 kilograms (264 pounds). Females measure approximately 2.2 meters (7 feet) in length and weigh about 90 kilograms (198 pounds). Distribution: The Sumatran tiger is found only on the Indonesian island of Sumatra in habitat that ranges from lowland forest to submontain and montain forest with some peat-moss forest. Biology: The Sumatran tiger eats wild pig, big deer (called rusa), and small deer (called muntjak or barking deer). The specific range size of this tiger is not know, however the population density is approximately 4–5 adult tigers/100 km 2 (39 mile 2) in optimal lowland rainforest. As elevation increases through submontain and montain forests, the number of tigers in any given area decreases because there is less prey available. Status in the wild: 400-500 wild Sumatran tigers were believed to exist in 1998, primarily in the island’s national park areas, but no island-wide census or monitoring system has been possible. Tiger numbers have continued to decline because of poaching of tigers to supply the illegal trade in tiger parts. The last remnants of lowland forest are being eliminated to establish oil palm plantations and for shifting agriculture by recent settlers from other areas of Sumatra and Indonesia. Ongoing road development makes many formerly inaccessible mountain areas accessible to illegal logging even on the steepest slopes, and many mountainous areas are being converted into plantations for coffee and other products for international markets. Tigers are legally protected but are not highly valued. Captive breeding: For three years, the Indonesian Zoological Parks’ Association (PKBSI) has been working with the Tiger Global Conservation Strategy to develop a conservation program for Sumatran tigers. In addition to the 65 Sumatran tigers living in Indonesian zoos, there are 55 tigers managed by North American zoos, 100 in European zoos, and 12 in Australasian zoos. This captive population is descended from 37 wild-caught founders. The Indonesian Sumatran Tiger Masterplan now has the potential to function as the heart of the Sumatran tiger population worldwide. It is designed to preserve sufficient genetic diversity to reinforce both captive and wild populations, thus fulfilling its goal to ensure that the in situ tiger program comprises verifiable founders permanently identified and registered in the Indonesian Sumatran Tiger Studbook. It also extends the capabilities of Indonesian zoo staff to professionally manage their tiger programs in Indonesia, and at the same time serves as a model for other range country tiger management programs in Southeast Asia.

I was getting ready to travel to ungwa/fada Village to see how they were coping with the new water pump and Grinder we bought them on our previous visit. As I was loading the vehicle, one of my helpers noticed a man carring a woman on his back. We found out later he had walked 6 miles carrying his sick wife. She was unable to move or communicate with us. We carried her into the small hall. Her body was all swollen and she was in great pain. I spoke to her husband through an intrepritor and he told us she was suddenly stricken with sickness a week ago. He was so distraught. I then spoke to Sarah and assured her that God was a God of Great love and compassion, and that he would heal her. I just knew that all were about to see a miracle take place. / Jesus says: / Mar 16:17-18 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; (18) They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. With the help of an Intrepretor We began to Pray. I laid hands on Sarah and began to praise and Worship God. he has anointed me with power over all power of the enimy. It was about 10 minutes later, that Sarah opened her eyes and began to Speak. / It was not the native Housa Language, but the heavenly Language she was speaking, Gift of Tongues. Her legs began to move anddn her arms. 25 minutes later, and Sarah ws sitting up on a chair. This Photo was taken just 30 minutes after the Lord filled her with the Holy Spirit and completely healed her. PRAISE GOD! I spoke to Sarak on 2oth June 2008 Via telephone, and she is well and sharing her Miracle with many. Sarah was healed on 11th December 2007. / This was witnessed by 30 villagers who had gathered outside the small hall. Here you see Leah praying to God before she starts her daily task of caring for her younger brother and sister, John and Sarah. / Her father died shortly after our last visit in December 2007. Mother is sick. James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. In the midst of so much suffering, Jesus is always there to comfort, heal and strengthen. Like me, Leah draws strength and peace from her heavenly Father as She talks to him in Jesus name. There is no greater Love, or deeper heart of compassion than Gods heart toward all people, regardless of their Race, Color or background. To me He is my reason for living and my inspiration to help those in need. This is why I and the small team of unpaid volunteers work around the clock to help children like Leah and her family. http://www.philadelphia33.org/ Every day Anna travels from village to village begging for food. We spend quite some time talking to her and a few local villagers in the area. The chiefs wife told us that Anna was found two years ago by other children in the fields near the village. For many days they made contact with other villages to see where her parents were, but with no success. Anna gets very little help and a few in the village do at times feed her, most of her time is spend begging in different villages. The chiefs wife also said they decided to name her Anna. Anna is dumb and cannot speak. She cannot communicate except by gestures. We have now moved Anna to a family in a village where we work. the family recently lost their eldest child, and now they care for Anna. We make a small contribution each month for her upkeep. 100% of all money raised from sales and donations via our charity website, goes toward helping these precious people. 100% folks. Taken during a visit to Kaban Village in remote Nigeria. Peace looks after lenti her younger sister,a s mum and dad work in the fields. Every day peace feeds and cares for Lenti. Lenti is extremely malnourished and is showing early signs of Rickets,a Disease that causes the upper and lower limbs to bow and lead to disability and pain. here in kaban village the locals try their best to grow enough food to eat and sell. Its a difficult task, when there is little tools and fertilizers. 100% of all proceeds from sales or donations via our Charity website goes towards helping these people. I am working with the most abused tribe called Narikoravars tribe. pronounced [ Nari-Kor-Avars] just over 4 million and very little help. Only a handful of Churches, 3 in all, and one small Charity work with them. They are Outcast because of Hindu religion and just because they belong to this tribe. Treated, lower than dogs, they are beaten, stoned and chased from towns and villages. They have no Land, and little property. We are now working with these in small settlements. They have no toilets, clean water, no healthcare, no education as they cannot afford the school fees, uniforms and text books. those that can are often chased from schools. Many are Christian, yet the Churches have failed them. They hunt and make beads. If they don’t sell them they go hungry. THIS IS JUST A SAMPLE. I WILL UPLOAD MANY MORE IN A NEW SITE HERE ON RB SOON. PLEASE READ THIS. TAKEN IN NATURAL LIGHT I am an Irish born missionary and founder of Philadelphia Mission a British Charity. My passion in life is to reach as many children living in extreme poverty with practical tools and help to live healthy and productive like. My inspiration and motivation is from God adn his great love for the poor and outcast. This is a NARI-KOV-AVARS Gypsy girl. I took this Photograph while ministering in a Gypsy camp just outside Chennai in Tamil Nadu State. India. She was following me and the team as we went through the settlement. I was battling 40c heat and drinking bottled water a lot. One of the gypsy pastors shouted at her to be quiet, which really upset me. I asked him why he was shouting at her and what she had said. He told me she was begging and wanted water, adn he told her off. I knelt down and looked at her deeply in her eyes, and ask my interpreter to tell her, i would like to give her a bottle of water. I had several in by backpack. AS I handed her the water, Pastor Alwin took this Photograph with my camera, as I was talking with her. he was right behind me. So the expression on her face is what I would have seen. There is no clean water in the gypsy camp, and water is very scarce now that its dry summer. What really touched my heart was that she went and called her older sister and shared the water with her. These gypsies are treated adn called outcasts, because they are under Hindu Religion classed as such. They are beaten cheated and often chased from towns and villages. No one in this campo went to school, as they had no money for school fees. there is no medical care and no toilets anywhere in the camp. Neglected by locals and government alike. We and THE INDIA NEW LIFE GYPSY MISSION CHURCH are the only ones now helping the 4000000 NARI-KOV-ARARS gypsies. There are a total of 40.000000 gypsies in India, and almost all get help, except the NARI-KOV-AVARS tribe. We need your Prayers and Help. Taken along the road to Lallakurachi, India. like Nena, Many NARI-KOR-AVAR and Vaghiri gypsy Children are in great need. Because of the Caste system in India, these gypsies are classed as unclean, untouchables and Outcast. Most Line Nena have never gone to school. No Money for school fees, Uniforms and text books are just one reason. The second is that many are teased, bullied, taunted and made not welcome. Denied in most cases basic medical care, and help, they have no land of their own to farm. in the camps, there are no toilets, open sewers, little clean water, and many children are naked, as the parents cannot afford cloths. There is only two organisation working with NAVI-KOR-AVARS Indian gypsies in the Kallakurachii region. [The New Life Indian Mission], a native Indian Pentecostal Church which is seriously underfunded. The other is myself and the Philadelphia Mission, a UK registered charity. Nena is a born again Christian as is many in the NARI-KOR-AVARS tribe. Yet few will help them. Please help us to help thes precious children. Pray earnestly for them and us. Sow a seed into a child’s life today and make a real difference. Help us to reach these people with Gods Love and help them live a better life. Please read this. [Taken in natural light] I am an Irish born missionary adn Photographer. I also am founder of Philadelphia Mission a British registered charity. My Passion and inspiration comes from a heart touched deeply by Gods Love. Sara is one of 16 children with rickets in this small village. Ungwa/Fada village is certainly one of the poorest I have seen in Kebbe state. Chronic malnutrition, River blindness, Diarrhoea, Intestinal worm infection and the inability to grow enough food have made a big impact on their health. Rickets is a disease caused by Lack of Vitamin [D],. Many children are malnourished and their body does not absorb Vitamins D. C . B. A. We have however through donations made via RB members purchased a water Pump, and now they can irrigate their fields. But they still need fertilizers, tools and good quality seed to grow better food. A Bore well is urgently needed to stop many of the diseases and sicknesses they experience. PLEASE READ THIS. “This was the exact moment in time when the Power of almighty God and his great compassion and love, touched a dying Child”. Taken in Kaban Muslim village in Nov 2008. I was ministering in the village along with several mission staff, and a mother brought her almost dead child to me and asked for Prayer. As I held the still body of this little boy in my arms, my thoughts went straight to Jesus. I spoke to teh Mother and all around me that the only one that could save this child now as Jesus. I said I will pray in Jesus name. There were a few unhappy elders around, but decided to agree that I should pray in Jesus name, just to see what would Happen. This was the breakthrough. Kaban village is a Muslim village and under Sheria Law. I simply laid my hand on the child and commanded life and divine health to enter the child and that God would fill this child with his spirit. In Jesus name I prayed. Instantly the child because to move his arms and legs and began to cry. I told the mother Jesus had healed her son, and to take her son and breastfeed him as he was hungry. All saw the Power of Jesus and was witnessed by all in the village. Others then came and many were healed and some openly give their lives to Jesus. others followed us on our way to Ungwa/Fada village and received Jesus in private. Jesus is alive and works in and through his people. He loves you, and that is a fact.
