Hello, This is a little cute green tree frog that hopped on a water lilly. I thought it was so great, let me hear what you think.
Gray treefrog on cattail, looks rather humorous, almost like it is smirking.
A red eyed tree frog i found asleep on top of my fish tank!!!, After a whole day & half the night i was concerned!, so i moved it out onto the bromeliad plant, it woke up & this is what i caught!!! Sooo cute…
Nick very kindly lent me his 30D and 100mm macro, since my lens is on the fritz. Someone mentioned that it looked like the frog was singing into a hundred little microphones. A very tiny frog in a lotus flower. FROGS / LENSBABY / INFRARED / BEACH / INDUSTRIAL / PANORAMAS / LANDSCAPES / SPAM PHOTOS / REAL ESTATE SERIES / NEW ZEALAND

This took a while – extremely enjoyable and relaxing. In fact I may just do another in this theme. There is no background colour so by changing the colour of the tee it will give the frog a different look. The Australian Green Tree Frog (Litoria caerulea) is a species of tree frog native to Australia and New Guinea, with introduced populations in New Zealand and the United States. The Green Tree Frog is larger than most Australian frogs, reaching 10 centimetres (4 inches) in length. The average lifespan of the frog in captivity, about sixteen years, is long in comparison with most frogs. Green Tree Frogs are docile and well suited to living near human dwellings. They are often found on windows or inside houses, eating insects drawn by the light. Due to its physical and behavioural traits, the Green Tree Frog has become one of the most recognisable frogs in its region, and is a popular exotic pet throughout the world. The skin secretions of the frog have antibacterial and antiviral properties that may prove useful in pharmaceutical preparations. As always, full size is recommended for your viewing pleasure Another one of my little pool buddies … this time hanging out in the liriope leaves. I love the look on his face … so full of honor and dignity!!! VERY princely, yes?? As always, after a minute or two of snaps, he was placed gently on the ground under the leaves to join his brothers and sisters and happily hunt yummy bugs for breakfast. Image taken with the Nikon D300 and the 60mm Nikon Micro/macro lens at 1/10 shutter, f/11.0 aperture. A bit of tinkering in Photoshop on this one mainly dodging and burning, also cropped.
