Medium-coloured pencil/graphic pen / Here is another drawing from twelve years ago! Boyds Forest Dragon
“THANK YOU” AnitaInverarity, for buying a print!! This is a colored pencil drawing that I created. The ink border is drawn free hand by me and then filled in with archival ink. The border and drawing: all on the same sheet, My borders are not separate from the drawings. This is a mixed media piece. I used prismacolor pencils and archival ink for the border. I used Strathmore, Vellum Bristol, 100# paper. / The total image size is 6.5” wide x 16.5” tall. I love to use vellum bristol for colored pencil work and smooth bristol for pen work. This drawing is mixed and totally on the vellum bristol paper. Any proceeds from the sale of this work on RB will be donated to The Philadelphia Mission. http://www.philadelphia33.org/
ORIGINAL FOR SALE $1399 plus P&H Pen and Ink on smooth surfaced paper. Can’t remember what type – walked into the artshop and ran my fingers over the surface until I found one I liked, with the gsm to match. The picture won the Jean Eales Memorial Prize, three firsts in various divisions and best in show. The four alpacas are from my friends farm and are as individualistic as the picture portrays. The big black one at the front, Zack, has covered me with green slime on more than one occasion! They are truly extraordinary animals and I just love their cheeky, inquisitive natures:) Enjoy:) / Bright Blessings, / Marg The original framed artwork, which won the Jean Eales Memorial Award, First in Show, First in Section, First Overall in Show, is for sale. Pen and pencil on paper
From a doodle in pencil & pen, from work last night, 4 July, 2008 / / /
My art is based on everything I see around me. This is from the idea that eyes are the windows of the soul. A2 on cartridge papar with a G-Tec C4 0.4 pen. Can be viewed any way up it is up to you.
Hand drawn A2 image on cartridge paper with a G-Tec C4 0.4 pen probably took about a year to do, but I don’t pay attention to the time or the drawing until it is nearly complete. Just been looking to buy some more pens and found out the drawn line is only 0.2mm! Featured in Works on Paper winner of the Patterns challenge in Finks in Ink
Drawn by hand on A2 cartridge paper with a G-Tec C4 0.4 pen with a drawing line of 0.2mm. This drawing reminds me of trying to catch my dinner as a kid in Wales
This is a pen and ink, with colored pencil, that took me over 200 hours to complete. It measures 33.5” x 32.5”. There is a huge amount of detail in the sky. Profits from print sales of this art will be donated to The Philadelphia Mission. You can read about this mission on my front page update. This original is for sale. Please contact me for price, if interested. Thanks for viewing my art:) “When All Creation Is Redeemed” One day this fight’ll be over / With no more tears to cry. / One day He’ll come and gather us / From the outer realms of the eastern sky. The pureness of His place will astound us / And be more beautiful than we ever believed. / Then our lights will shine forever / When all creation is redeemed. I’ll meet you there with gladness, / We’ll sing a joyful song, / All of our sorrow far behind us, / And in Him we’ll be forever strong. His Kingdom will be recreated, / Everything covered with a heavenly sheen, / His masterpiece so lovingly displayed, / When all creation is redeemed. So praise Him now for all that He’s done. / Worship Him for sending His spotless Son. / Bow down and honor the Risen King. / Let us humble ourselves and let us sing… All creation is redeemed! All creation is redeemed! Cathy Howell / 11/1/07 11/21/07

Aristotle once said the elephant was “the beast which passeth all others in wit and mind”. Unfortunately, they are now increasingly threatened by poaching and human intrusion into their habitat. The original artwork measures 19×12.5 inches and was created with ink pen and liquid copper leaf, with a little bit of colored pencil work around the eye. I used acid-free Canson Mi-Teintes paper in an Oyster color. View more of my artwork at www.lynnetteshelley.com
