This is the first in a series I foresee doing, to increase awareness to the plight of endangered and threatened animals from around the globe. This First Edition focuses on three of the largest and most endangered carnivores today, the Sumatran tiger, the Amur leopard, and the Snow leopard. These are by no means the only imperiled wild cats, as the majority of wild cat species smaller in average body size than 30 kg are at a critical stage. / / / Because without these animals I would never be able to bring their beauty to you, I am going to pledge to donate 100% of all of my sales proceeds from cards and prints of the imagery in this series here on Redbubble to Wildlife Conservation Society Thank you for your support in the race to stave off the extinction of these magnificent creatures.

The jaguar is a near threatened species and its numbers are declining. Threats include habitat loss and fragmentation. While international trade in jaguars or their parts is prohibited, the cat is still regularly killed by humans, particularly in conflicts with ranchers and farmers in South America. Rainbow Elephant is coming to a tee near you..yes hopefully in the next hour or so, i will have her ready as a tshirt too….. hope you like her, she’s a mixed media production…mainly pastels (chalk) on yellow pastel paper….plus charcoal and a small amount of acrylic! I did this ages ago…but only just learned how to fix her up in photoshop ato make her available…hope you like her :) /

/ / Ellie Elephant is created from chalk pastels, ink, charcoal and acrylic paint with a crackle effect to make her hide look authentic. I finally got around to enlarging her, as i have her loaded as a small image for a card, but now she’s available as a print also…one of my favourites :) I hope you like her….she’s hiding in the jungle
