Artists Note: Horses hold such a special place in my heart. They were some of my closest childhood friends. I feel comfort within memories of their warm breath, fuzzy muzzles, smells of earth and oats, welcoming neighs, and early morning rides. May this be a tribute to those old equine friends who brought me such joy.
