There is no pain you are receding / A distant ship, smoke on the horizon. / You are only coming through in waves. / Your lips move but I can’t hear what you’re saying. / When I was a child I had a fever / My hands felt just like two balloons. / Now I’ve got that feeling once again / I can’t explain you would not understand / This is not how I am. / I have become comfortably numb. O.K. / Just a little pinprick. / There’ll be no more aaaaaaaaah! / But you may feel a little sick. / Can you stand up? / I do believe it’s working, good. / That’ll keep you going through the show / Come on it’s time to go. There is no pain you are receding / A distant ship, smoke on the horizon. / You are only coming through in waves. / Your lips move but I can’t hear what you’re saying. / When I was a child / I caught a fleeting glimpse / Out of the corner of my eye. / I turned to look but it was gone / I cannot put my finger on it now / The child is grown, / The dream is gone. / I have become comfortably numb.

Hey you, out there in the cold / Getting lonely, getting old / Can you feel me? / Hey you, standing in the aisles / With itchy feet and fading smiles / Can you feel me? / Hey you, dont help them to bury the light / Dont give in without a fight. Hey you, out there on your own / Sitting naked by the phone / Would you touch me? / Hey you, with you ear against the wall / Waiting for someone to call out / Would you touch me? / Hey you, would you help me to carry the stone? / Open your heart, Im coming home. But it was only fantasy. / The wall was too high, / As you can see. / No matter how he tried, / He could not break free. / And the worms ate into his brain. Hey you, standing in the road / Always doing what youre told, / Can you help me? / Hey you, out there beyond the wall, / Breaking bottles in the hall, / Can you help me? / Hey you, dont tell me theres no hope at all / Together we stand, divided we fall. Simply took the flowers and added a flood fliter and then fractilius, then added the butterfly plugin and did another fractilius all using corel, then switching over to photoshop I gave this a bubble effect using a particle for the bubbles and sizing them down… and adjusting the color… / Hope you like it…
Hi Friends, Once again m back with a wonderful collaboration with my good & tallented friend Angi Baker from RB, whom i requested to let me use her perfect n poised portrayal of passionate n pure love moments captured in a short poem for my latest oil painting. She was very kind enough to agree right away and hence we colloborated our artstyle into one for the world to share and ya i can say proudly that it indeed worked profoundly. / Well this is a moment of my wife waiting for me, just after our wedding for few months as she was alone in the house and as the sun started setting she generally took her personal diary and daily noted down her imaginative thoughts and visions which was like a perfect pose for me to paint it on a canvas and thus i came out with this after all this years… With the grace of Angi’s words it gave a new life to my artwork and me and my wife both were so glad to see this colloboration comming together for which both of us are really thankful to my friend Angi. I am truely honoured !!!!!! So folks enjoy these heart touching love filled moments in a form of a poem and a painting from both of us. Painting sketched by : Shree / Poem Written By: Angi Baker SHE WAITS….. She patiently waits for him, / as she sits waiting / she sips a glass of wine / listening to the romantic music / playing from the radio. / Wondering, when will he return. / Remembering the last time they talked / and thinking of every word that he said to her. Wanting to feel his arms around her / and his warm breath upon her neck, / she feels a warm sensation upon her very body / as she sits and thinks of him. Wondering what he may be doing at this very moment, / she sips another sip of her wine. / He finally returns to say I’m sorry. / I had some things I had to deal with for a little bit / but I’m here now for you. She asks him do you want a sip of my wine honey? / He replies, no.. I want you and I need you now. / So she sits her glass of wine down / and turns to look him in the eyes. / She says to him, honey I have been waiting for you / and I need you now too. He embraces her and she him / as they move closer and closer to each other / he touches her lips and says, your so beautiful my love. / At that very moment her heart falls to the floor, / because she is so in love with him. She tells him, honey I will always wait for you / no matter what…and then they make passionate love. /
