I first spotted this sweet lady through my zoom lens as she exited the national portrait gallery. She spotted me taking the shot and showed some concern, as to why I was taking her picture. I explained that I love to get candid shots of strangers going about there business and she has a very interesting face. She was reassured and allowed me to get this closer shot. / The interaction with this good soul, is what I love about what I do. / She went on to shadow me for a while, as if to check that I was telling the truth. /

Housepaint on Canvas I left the painting outside overnight and when I cam back the next morning it had changed so dramatically it appeared to have souls rising from the devil’s clutches. This is one of my favs.

Inspired by Enya – Pax Deorum / Era – Ameno / and the song Dream of the Fayth It was created from a compilation of a few pictures a while ago, all placed together into one: / Waiting, the conservatory, and changeling This was actually done as a beginning to my collection of pictures that I had done surrounding my Anima story. It was never really meant in itself to be something for sale or anything like that. In life, we learn, we grow, we discover new things. And that is what a lot of my writing is all about as well as some of my art. Though much of it is spiritual in nature, there is also a very dark side to some of it that I do not show on here. / Sort of like the two different names I write by: kynetik, and statikk. It is all dependant on my mood for the time. Sort of the dualities inside me. I think that is how the changeling picture came about. In some of my art, the girl Alexis is modeled after my perceptions of what the real Alexis from my life would have been like had she had the chance to grow in this world. But there is also a lot of me in her. I consider it to be the more feminine side of me. Where as Jon would represent the more masculine side of me at the times that the certain pictures are not really meant to depict “Jon” himself. = ) You will see a lot of orbs in my pictures because I have a fascination with such things.

This is a lovely portrait taken of my two beautiful daughters! We all have so enjoyed & appreciated our great weekend at the beach. We’ll always savor these delightful moments where the days seemed to last so long. Our focus was on anything but the clock!
