Please Visit: / http://www.philadelphia33.org/ 100% of all your money goes towards the care of extreme rural families in Rural Isolated Villages in Africa. As I spend much time living with the Kambari tride, I get to know first hand the challanges they face each day just to survive. I also have the privilege of capturing not only hunger, sickness and often death, but the more happy occassions. This is Grace, and when I first met Grace in April 2007, she was suffering from Chronic Malnutrition. This was taken in December 2007, and the differnce is wonderful. We as a Charity depend on People like yourself, who donate time in Prayer and Finance to help us provide help and support for Grace and many others like her. I thank you all so much for your help. Without those who give toards the Mission, we just could not do it. Please Visit: http://www.philadelphia33.org/

The bridge reminds me of an emotion of solitude, which is not to be confused with loneliness. The former leads to an internal peace and being one with nature and oneself while the latter was a feeling of being forced to be alone, deprived of freedom and choice. I used to call this photo “Peaceful Bridge” until a young patient of mine (at the time she was nine years old) explored the difference between solitude and loneliness. When the image was presented to him as an illustration, he exclaimed, “Oh, solitude is peace, inner peace!” And the true title of the piece was born. Another stab at christianity! I can’t help it! It sold well as a xmas card one year, with ‘Season’s greetings’ written across the top. This is the colour version of the image already in my gallery, drawn in ink and coloured in photoshop.

Isa 14:12: How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! / Isa 14:13: For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: / Isa 14:14: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. 2Co 11:14: And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. / 2Co 11:15: Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. Angel: a word signifying, both in the Hebrew and Greek, a “messenger,” and hence employed to denote any agent God sends forth to execute his purposes. It is used of an ordinary messenger (Job 1:14; 1Sa 11:3; Lu 7:24; 9:52), of prophets (Isa 42:19; Hag 1:13), of priests (Mal 2:7), and ministers of the New Testament (Re 1:20). It is also applied to such impersonal agents as the pestilence (2Sa / 24:16-17; 2Ki 19:35), the wind (Ps 104:4). But its distinctive application is to certain heavenly intelligences whom God employs in carrying on his government of the world. The name does not denote their nature but their office as messengers. The appearances to Abraham at Mamre (Ge 18:2,22. Comp. Ge 19:1), to Jacob at Peniel (Ge 32:24,30), to Joshua at Gilgal (Jos 5:13,15), of the Angel of the Lord, were doubtless manifestations of the Divine presence, “foreshadowings of the incarnation,” revelations before the “fulness of the time” of the Son of God. The existence and orders of angelic beings can only be discovered from the Scriptures. Although the Bible does not treat of this subject specially, yet there are numerous incidental details that furnish us with ample information. Their personal existence is plainly implied in such passages as Ge 16:7,10-11; Jg 13:1-21; Mt 28:2-5; Heb 1:4, etc. These superior beings are very numerous. “Thousand thousands,” etc. (Da 7:10; Mt 26:53; Lu 2:13; Heb 12:22-23). They are also spoken of as of different ranks in dignity and power (Zec 1:9,11; Da 10:13; 12:1; 1Th 4:16; Jude 1:9; Eph 1:21; Col 1:16). As to their nature, they are spirits (Heb 1:14), like the soul of man, but not incorporeal. Such expressions as “like the angels” (Lu 20:36), and the fact that whenever angels appeared to man it was always in a human form (Ge 18:2; 19:1,10; Lu 24:4; Ac 1:10), and the titles that are applied to them (“sons of God,” Job 1:6; 38:7; Da 3:25; comp. Da 3:28) and to men (Lu 3:38), seem all to indicate some resemblance between them and the human race. Imperfection is ascribed to them as creatures (Job 4:18; Mt 24:36; 1Pe 1:12). As finite creatures they may fall under temptation; and accordingly we read of “fallen angels.” Of the cause and manner of their “fall” we are wholly ignorant. We know only that “they left their first estate” (Mt 25:41; Re 12:7,9), and that they are “reserved unto / judgement” (2Pe 2:4). When the manna is called “angels’ food,” this is merely to denote its excellence (Ps 78:25). Angels never die (Lu 20:36). They are possessed of superhuman intelligence and power (Mr 13:32; 2Th 1:7; Ps 103:20). They are called “holy” (Lu 9:26), “elect” (1Ti 5:21). The redeemed in glory are “like unto the angels” (Lu 20:36). They are not to be worshipped (Col 2:18; Re 19:10). Their functions are manifold. (a) In the widest sense they are agents of God’s providence (Ex 12:23; Ps 104:4; Heb 11:28; 1Co 10:10; 2Sa 24:16; 1Ch 21:16; 2Ki 19:35; Ac 12:23). (b) They are specially God’s agents in carrying on his great work of redemption. There is no notice of angelic appearances to man till after the call of Abraham. From that time onward there are frequent references to their ministry on earth (Gen 18; 19; Ge 24:7,40; 28:12; 32:1). They appear to rebuke idolatry (Jg 2:1-4), to call Gideon (Jg 6:11-12), and to consecrate Samson (Jg 13:3). In the days of the prophets, from Samuel downward, the angels appear only in / their behalf (1Ki 19:5; 2Ki 6:17; Zech 1-6; Da 4:13,23; 10:10,13,20-21). The Incarnation introduces a new era in the ministrations of angels. They come with their Lord to earth to do him service while here. They predict his advent (Mt 1:20; Lu 1:26-38), minister to him after his temptation and agony (Mt 4:11; Lu 22:43), and declare his resurrection and ascension (Mt 28:2-8; Joh 20:12-13; Ac 1:10-11). They are now ministering spirits to the people of God (Heb 1:14; Ps 34:7; 91:11; Mt 18:10; Ac 5:19; 8:26; 10:3; 12:7; 27:23). They rejoice over a penitent sinner (Lu 15:10). They bear the souls of the redeemed to paradise (Lu 16:22); and they will be the ministers of judgement hereafter on the great day (Mt 13:39,41,49; 16:27; 24:31). The passages (Ps 34:7; Mt 18:10) usually referred to in support of the idea that every individual has a particular guardian angel have no such meaning. They merely indicate that God employs the ministry of angels to deliver his people from affliction and danger, and that the angels do not think it below their dignity to minister even to children and to the least among Christ’s disciples. The “angel of his presence” (Isa 63:9. Comp. Ex 23:20-21; 32:34; 33:2; Nu 20:16) is probably rightly interpreted of the Messiah as the guide of his people. Others have supposed the expression to refer to Gabriel (Lu 1:19). A painting of an angel on the wall at an abandoned mental asylum was perfectly placed to have a beam of light passing across it from a nearby window, giving it somewhat of a poetic feeling.

My dog River posing for a portrait in the snow. She has ALWAYS liked her picture being taken since she barely opened her eyes at two weeks of age. Her litter mates ran around when the camera aimed at them but she stood in attention every time a photo opportunity showed up! :) I’m sure she’d be glad that I donate the proceed of the sale of her photos to Nature Canada as she loves woods and her deer friends as much as I do! :) Donation to charity / 50% of the proceeds of the sale of this image will be donated to Nature Canada.

Azure waves are melting away / giving birth to amber hues of evening. / I have nourished eager hearts / and comforted those around me. / Now in the pale moonlight / from my flesh great drops of blood now seep. / My body yearns for another way / exhausted in deep prayer I sink. / The path before me I have seen / the cup which only I can drink. / Droplets of blood fall to the ground / as I struggle knowing what lays before me. / An eon has passed and dawn draws near / and the angel is here to strengthen me. / In the distance I can hear them coming. / Now I will fulfill my destiny. amari / _______ Lu 22:39: ¶ And he came out, and went, as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him. / Lu 22:40: And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation. / Lu 22:41: And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, / Lu 22:42: Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. / Lu 22:43: And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. / ___ Digital image created with Apophysis Fractal art, edited with Photoshop CS3 and Micrografx. I AM ALPHA AND OMEGA, THE BEGINNING AND THE ENDING, / THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF YOUR FAITH. / IN THE BEGINNING I WAS THE WORD / AND, BY THE WORD, ALL THINGS WERE MADE. I WAS THE WORD AND THE WORD WAS BY MY SIDE, / WHEN I SPOKE, LIGHT OUT OF DARKNESS CAME. / I AND THE WORD CREATED THE WORLD AND ALL THINGS THEREIN, / AND WITHOUT THE WORD, NOTHING WAS MADE. HEAVEN AND EARTH, THE HOSTS AND ANGELS WE CREATED, / AND, AFTER OUR LIKENESS, MAN WE DID MAKE. / I CREATED THE WORLDS AND ALL THE LAWS THEREIN, / BY THE WORD, I CREATED, WE ARE ONE AND THE SAME. I’VE ALWAYS BEEN AND ALWAYS WILL BE, / AND I LOVE THE MANKIND I MADE. / LIKE THE WIND OR THE AIR, YOU CAN’T SEE ME OR HEAR ME, / BUT I SEE YOU AND I HEAR EVERY SOUND THAT YOU MAKE. I AM THE FATHER, THE SON, AND THE HOLY GHOST, / AND, THRU TIME, WE’VE WATCHED OVER OUR CHILDREN I MADE. / WE REJOICED IN YOUR TRIUMPHS AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH, / AND WEPT WHEN YOU HURT AND SHARED IN YOUR PAIN. I SET THE LAWS, AS A GUIDE FOR THE WORLD, / TO KEEP ORDER AND BALANCE, THE FOUNDATION WAS LAID. / AND, WHEN MAN COULD NOT LISTEN AND FOLLOW THE LAWS, / I BECAME FLESH AND, THRU ME, YOUR DEBT HAS BEEN PAID. I AM THE LIGHT, THE TRUTH, AND THE WAY. / I AM THE DOOR THAT LEADS TO LIFE, THE ONE AND ONLY WAY. / I AM THE ALPHA AND OMEGA, THE FIRST AND THE LAST, / I AM THE AUTHOR AND FINISHER OF YOUR FAITH. amari Image created with Apophysis Fractal art, Photoshop CS3 and Micrografx. / _____ Images Do Not Belong To The Public Domain. YOU CAN REALLY CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Please visit: / http://www.philadelphia33.org/ After much prayer I have decided to show this photograph of Little Noel. I know some of the images I have shared with you all at Redbubble can be disturbing and I did not want to overload to many images. But this is one child I will never forget. I had just finished preaching in a remote village and the Prayer line had closed and the meeting was closed. But Noel’s Older brother came from the very back and carried Noel to me. he was dying from Intestinial worms and had a terrible open wound on his left leg. We prayed, adn as I was Praying Noel took his last breath and went home to be with Jesus. The thing that broke my heart is that Noel’s life could have been saved, if we had the money for medicine. many Like Noel can be saved. PLEASE Help US. We need to raise $1800 to buy medicines that can treat these sick children. I am returning to te villages on 9th October. We have the money for four water pumps adn Filters. this will stop the Intestinial worms from entering their bodies. but the benifits wont help those with intestinial worms now. So we need to treat them before they die. Beloved, i know you will pray for me and the children. Please do what you can. Thats all the Lord expects from any of us. Together We can make a real difference. God bless you in your efforts. Please visit / http://www.philadelphia33.org/

This is a little bridge in my piece of the woods after the first snow. All is calm and quiet. Even the deer seemed to be walking gingerly – not wanting to disturbed the “peace”. Some may even say that the picture portrays a feeling of “eerie-ness” but for me, it’s just the quietness and serenity. This is why I’d like to do my part to keep nature this way! :) Donation to charity / 50% of the proceeds of the sale of this image will be donated to Nature Canada

Dearest children, / The most wonderful thing has happened. / I don’t know where to begin / except to try to tell you with words / that are totally inadequate to explain / the wonder of what I am about to say. I was feeling really sick / and my body was heavily laden. / You all were so wonderful / as you gathered around my bed / and took turns holding my hand / trying so hard to relieve my pain. It all happened so quickly / and yet it seemed to take a lifetime / as I watched my mother give birth to me / and my father passing out cigars / each one tied up with a pink satin ribbon / so very proud of his newborn babe. I heard me speaking my first words / and saw them reaching arms outstretched / as they rejoiced about me taking my first steps. / Then on my knees beside my bed / Mama was kneeling next to me / teaching me for the first time to pray. Papa was swooping me up in his arms / giving me a big hug with obvious tears in his eyes / and I wasn’t quite sure and was wondering why. / There she was, Mama holding my hand / and hiding her tears on my first day of school / because it broke her heart to be sending me away. In cloud a swirl and now I was up on stage. / My hard earned diploma was put in my hand. / Then I traded college for a wedding band / which was something I never ever regretted. / Having been truly blessed unlike any other / my spirit soared because I had found my soul mate. In a spin, I saw each of you being born / and I laughed as I got to hold you in my arms again. / Then in an instant you were speaking your first words / and taking your first steps and skinning your knees. / There was your daddy putting on your first band-aid / and we were beside your bed teaching you how to pray. I was standing on the outside yet somehow within / watching and listening, laughing and crying, beholding / each moment, each second, each stubbed toe, each tear / that fell from your eyes. First love, college, broken hearts / mended fences, hopes and dreams all caught up in a cloud / all came in a flash and then swiftly faded away. Dark clouds and black clothing, flowers and dirt. / Pain so piercing deep in my heart, sorrow and loss / no one and nothing could even console. / Their wrinkled hands and sweet faces were gone / and their voices soft spoken and remembered prayers / passed in a moment from childhood to grey hair. / Death had paid a visit and I could still feel the taste. Grandchildren and joy unlike any other / filled our home with the sound of tiny feet and laughter. / Careers fulfilled, missions accomplished, love, hate and / fear each rolling in waves marching like raindrops / falling gently then pouring torrents pelting my senses / touching my heart, ripping my soul, gripping my thoughts / ebbing and flowing time and again. Then I saw in my mirror a familiar face / where I once had been my mother stood there in my place. / My youth had vanished and I felt no sorrow for its loss. / Wisdom, patience and tender mercy I now had instead. / It didn’t matter that I walked now and could not run. / My feet were following in the footsteps of grace. I had felt all alone when your Daddy was called home. / I was sure I couldn’t make it another minute without him. / But his sweet face came to comfort me in dreams / and I lifted my head, then I dropped to my knees. / I still had a life and a job to complete / so I washed my face and decided Heaven could wait. In a swirl, a rainbow of raspberry clouds filled the air. / Why couldn’t you see them, as I lay in my bed? / The room filled with light and all my pain was gone / and I tried to tell you but you couldn’t hear. / In the blink of an eye I had left you all behind / and you never saw the angels that carried me away. I wanted to tell you so that you wouldn’t cry / that I’ve only gone home and this isn’t goodbye. / So, I’m writing you this letter from the other side. / I’ll send it in your dreams and whisper it in your mind / I’m alive my darlings and I want you all to rejoice / and yes, Lord Jesus is here with me in this wonderful place. amari I wrote this poem in honor of my mother who I know is alive and well waiting for me to come home some day. Please visit: http://www.philadelphia33.org/ This is a Collaboration Between Digitaldrool, a extremely talented Digital Media Artist, and Myself. I took the original photo of the boy in rural Nigerian Village. Digitaldrool made art that speaks out loud about the gap between the rich and the extreme poor. In the rich western countries, If you don’t have a Large TV, Sony Playstaion and other digital elictronic games, we think we are not well off. If we don’t own our home, or cannot afford a car, nice cloths and big name brand shoes, we think we are poor. If we cannot affor a annual vecation we think we are poor. In UK we get free healthcare, Money if we don’t work, and there is a host of care organisations. / But in rural and isolated villages in Africa, poor means something different. Little or No Food, very little clean water or Polluted water, No cloths, No electric, No healtcare and no hope, is wat poor is. I give God thanks each day for a tap that gives me clean water, and plenty of food. It is my mission to not only share the good news contained in the word of God, but also to meet the needs of the poor, and demonstrate God great love to the people. Please feel free to Join me and the Work of God in The isolated villages of Africa. Visit our Charity website for information, Video clips and Photograph’s. http://www.philadelphia33.org/ Please visit a great Artist at: / http://www.redbubble.com/people/digitaldrool.
