Tools: Digital Camera, Photoshop CS2. Shooting Location: The Getty Center – Los Angeles, CA. NOTES: The woman in this creation is actually a digital image shot at The Getty and then digitally manipulated into the collage. The original art is on showcase at The Getty. It is a chalk sketch entitled “Study of a Woman Turned Toward the Left” and created by Charles-Antoine Coypel. I was very moved by the piece and was inspired to photograph it. I then wanted to share that inspiration via collage with other artists. Once again, this image was captured by myself while visiting the museum and was NOT taken from online (it has a higher resolution).
