I would describe life in the same way I do myself…. a mess… but a BEAUTIFUL one!!! ...These latest pieces would not have been brought to life without the inspiration of my BEST friend. She not only inspired this latest work but the title for this piece too! =)

These three B/W images were taken in Broken Hill some time ago. I love the feel of cememetrys and old abandoned churchs. They seem continue to collect auras and vibrations of the spirt over the passage of time. This lovely old stone angel has a real presence about her and seems to be a living thing somehow. I hope you like them.

Where Angels weep .. when they can’t look upward toward the heavens for all time. This made me think of an Australian ‘Cleanse the Angel’ day … I’d may well be alone ? maybe not (BM me)! she looks so heavily burdoned by the ravages of time & her intensity of watching over for in excess of 100 years. Thank you for looking.

This is a companion shot to the sepia angel I just posted but with a different colour loading. I like a nice blue toned photo, it seems to add depth. The vingette effect is caused by me holding the opaque red filter infront of the lens while shooting, And yes its infrared. sepia angel
