No need to comment on this image; after Madeline M. Allen purchased a card of the original this morning we discussed resizing the image to avoid the borders which show on the card only size…......I was aware of the problem but chose to leave the image up as is because resizing it , distorts it just a bit…..but after consideration and discussion with Maddy, here is the resized version…..if you are interested in cards….the borders will not show…..... / / / __ / All The Materials Contained May Not Be Reproduced, Copied, Edited, Published, Transmitted Or Uploaded In Any Way Without My Permission. This is my take on the goddess of love VENUS The Birth of Venus is a painting by Sandro Botticelli. It depicts the goddess Venus, having emerged from the sea as a full grown woman, arriving at the sea-shore (Venus Anadyomene motif). I have a poem I am working on with the feeling of storms involved. I am a sucker for the experience one gets in strong weather and felt this storm the other night deserved to be observed as a vibration unto itself. So there is the Goddess and The Gods written about these amazing events and I felt my way to producing a piece that depicts them and us.

Divine intelligence are we, who are free / humans progressively learning NOW to be Understanding the light that yearns to see / mirrors of observance, are the wings of ‘we’ Growth from ribbons of acceptance to agree / arise with our tolerance of natures carefree Perceptions ever-changing to explore as trustees / experiencing life as ONE is the masters’ key We will transcend the fear of traumas fantasy / to function together with no “me” guarantees Among ourselves is the power, no external apogee / a team of angels on earth are destiny’s nominees Truths accepted, as we share love peacefully / Our ascension is hope, upon wings of our consents decree. tkrosevear 3/5/2009 This is a digital painting done with Wacom pad/pen in photoshop with the sandstone suface. They were out on the same walk She saw buildings / He saw the sky She saw shadows / He saw the shadows of birds that fly She saw a crack / He saw a crevice She saw a hole / He saw a ditch She saw the homeless / He saw the rich She saw a rock / He saw a diamond When they got home they looked into each other’s eyes, / How shall we ever agree on this life at the same time? / They said all at once / Well… / She said / We must learn to revel in our differences / Lets go against society, / Every time I see differently or you do / Lets break out the champagne and the sweet meats / Every time one sees a problem.. Lets celebrate for the other / Every time one sees a solutions lets do it again … / Celebrate / Celebrate each other.. And then we will loose track of / Perfect timing cause every moment will be just perfect!! So they made a pact and they went for walks / When she saw buildings and he saw the sky they both / Were so happy for what the other was seeing it was like they were seeing EVERYTHING ALL AT ONCE. / It was like it did not matter any more who saw what when or where; It just mattered that they were together. / And guess what? / THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER… TEE HEE / THE END Linaji 2009
