No need to comment on this image; after Madeline M. Allen purchased a card of the original this morning we discussed resizing the image to avoid the borders which show on the card only size…......I was aware of the problem but chose to leave the image up as is because resizing it , distorts it just a bit…..but after consideration and discussion with Maddy, here is the resized version…..if you are interested in cards….the borders will not show…..... / / / __ / All The Materials Contained May Not Be Reproduced, Copied, Edited, Published, Transmitted Or Uploaded In Any Way Without My Permission. This is my take on the goddess of love VENUS The Birth of Venus is a painting by Sandro Botticelli. It depicts the goddess Venus, having emerged from the sea as a full grown woman, arriving at the sea-shore (Venus Anadyomene motif). The painting is currently in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. / For details see it in large view Size : 110×110 cm , Air brushing on canvas.

Was bored this morning but haven’t got time to get the camera out, so decided to have a go at some Hi-key work on an old portrait of Milo. Luckily I had kept the original RAW file. I’ve not really tried a high-key colour portrait before, so its a bit hit and miss… Nikon D300, 17-55 2.8 lens, natural light. Processed in Adobe CS3
