Dark is she dark because she is sharp / she say s what she means / she loves her fellow men / wants to alleviate suffering / illiteracy,hunger need because she goes (subversive ways) / speaks (sunversive speechs) / goes to ( subversive rallies) / she give money to the worlds poor / she come around with the charirty box to your door Because she wears in your eyes whacky clothes / wears hairs and beads and jewellery / you d rather not see / pierces her body / where you dare not look / Subscribes to books and magasines / that show the scary: / world / government policies / injustice / other subjects so alien to your views Is this why you call her a dark angel / because you shut out the truth / in your secure and comfy world / she jolts you out of your smug security / this weird special girl But it s you that is dark and live in the dark ages / In my eyes she is enlightened / A true ANGEL / see her stance so rank / look carefully do you see her wings / talk to her and you will see / compassion and forgivness / in her eyes / A true ANGEL indeed / Dazed and confused / Original poetry Paul S.Dixon

Mix of many photos of mine, the background is of a mission in San Antonio, TX (no not the Alamo!) The figure is me, the ravens are mainly shots from the Tower of London and textures are random things I’ve taken with a camera and made in Photoshop Elements.

In becoming the person we want to be sometimes we leave behind the things thought weak. This man decides he is not deserving of the light, and walk through all, he thought he lost or killed the light and beg for it’s return but he believed he was undeserving of this anyway….but winds and leaves surround him and him a journey to his light, how will he react? Hope yous like this peace… ; )
