Photographic based digital montage, 2007 (no 2 from series of 3 re-worked). Shot two seperate models & P/S combined them. I also draw in & enhanced part of the headpeice, the body, the dress, added a fringe to the face, hid the eyes, made the features more angular, blew up the lips, created cheekbones, reworked the branches, filtered wallpaper effects, extended the chandelier, added lacework/flower elements, desaturated the lot & added a sepia tone. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers.

P/S Retouched by Ange in collaboration with Ingrid Sjodahl. Digital photograph shot by Greg Parsons in collaboration with Ingrid Sjodahl, 2007. Models: Liz, Greg Parsons. I retouched face, hair & recreated arched eyebrows for further definition; left eye was ‘opened’ up to match right eye (in the original shot she appears half asleep). Ingrid added b/w desaturated tone, painted lips, corset bodice lace & sheet in red tone. Original shot below.

I shot the tree, flowers & combined them in P/S with drawn elements & filtered the lot. Approximately 50 Photoshop layers. Generally I tire of my artwork yet still love this series to this day.

I retouched the eyes (creating deepset cat eyed effect), enhanced lips, defined eyebrows, enhanced cheekbones, airbrushed face & lengthened body. Extended foreground of shot by retouching (the existing foreground) as it was taken tightly cropped to the foot. Added b/w desaturated tone & curve adjustment. Original shot below.

pearls, cut out print of drawing, print – on plywood Last year I participated in a local benefit exhibition where the artists are given 12×12” blank plywood boards and we can embellish them as we desire. I wrapped a portion of one of my prints of my drawing “Autumn’s Child” (also within my RedBubble portfolio), on the board, cut out another one of it – and added pearls to create a 3D effect.

P/S combined two shots (originals below which lacked edge on their own) to create one finished image. Model wasn’t appropriate for the shoot making it difficult for Alex to achieve what he had in mind. I retouched/airbrushed face/body, emphasised eyes, arched eyebrows, closed lips & enlarged them, minimised jawline, lengthened body/legs, re-worked hair/background elements, changed overall body perspective & added a magenta selective colour layer adjustment.
