what lays below an ocean of imagination
The lovely japonese anemone is a border perennial which manages to survive both in my garden (no mean achievement!) and the rigours of the scottish winter. Flowering from august through to the first frosts… hopefully into october if we’re lucky… I took this hasty handheld macro in a brief sunny interval today … a real lucky catch… alongside michaelmas daisy waiting for a lull in the wind … Details: / Compact Nikon E4800 / f3.7 / 1/300 sec / ISO-50 / focal length 6mm / / As is apart from cropping ;))) / / /

View Larger – Check out this guys teeth! This is a picture of “Tom” my Tomatoe Clown Fish and his Green Carpet Anenome. I have a 150 gallon salt water tank at home and “Tom” has been with me for over 10 years. This is my “other” hobby. I didn’t realize that he had so many teeth – no wonder it hurts when I clean the tank and he bites me!!!! LOL Nikon D80 / Lens 50-200mm
