Here’s my entry for the Redbubble sound challenge. I’ve gone all retro with some bright colours and a vintage feel. I was inspired partly by alot of the silly designs sporting day glow colours you used to be able to buy right up until the early ninties. Anyway if you like what you see I would be most greatful for a vote and if not thnks for looking all the same! Make sure you also check out my Bubble Site or my profile for more great designs, examples of which you can see below.
Down tools…time for a break. Musos take time out between sets at the local Winsome gig. The instruments look bored…

The Fender amplifier used to create a lot of noise, emphasis on the word noise. :)
As well as dabbling in photography, I am also a closet muso. My little studio – Marshall JTM30, Maton EM225 “Paul Colman Special”, Ibanez RG440 Roadsta, Squier Strat and Crown CK-10 Keyboard. Hey, I don’t have that much of a budget, so something had to be compromised…
Made for an assignment using Autodesk Inventor. / I created each of the parts individually, then arranged them together in an assembly file. This is the exploded view of that image :).
A Jack Lead and a Marshall Amp. Together they can do great things when plugged into a beautiful guitar.
There is nothing more satisfactory than tweaking and perfecting those dials on a great Marshall amp and getting the exact sound you are looking for. Whether it be a crisp, clean sound you are looking for or a rough metal sound that almost pierces the eardrums.
The Drummer is Neal Ostrovsky, from a Band called the Webb Brothers, there were at this time, (2004) three of the Webb’s in the band, Christian, James and Justin, sons of Jimmy Webb (Wichita Lineman, Mc Arthur Park Fame), this is a shot I took fairly obviously from on the Drum Riser, Neal was always telling me how awesome the audience looked from where he was, so I just went for it, hell it was a festival (V Festival, Highams Park,) full of Summer People and the audience were used to seeing people other than band members run around the stage, I have always liked this shot for it’s point of view as it’s one that not everybody gets if you are wondering why it is listed as art, it is, but it doesn’t show up at this resolution, wanna see it bigger, Beg ! LOL Love ‘N’ Laughter Kriss
Young teen singing from the heart.
Marshall MG150DFX (i think!) / taken at a band practice.
This was a little sculpture I made last year for school. It’s made from 2 guitar picks, 6 resistors (the legs) and 2 guitar strings (the antennae), as well as some grey paint over the top.

The Jack Lead. It just craves to be plugged in and start creating.
