This guitar belongs to my buddy Moe. He’s in a band called “A New Sea of Drifters” with my friend Jon. They’re very talented. Coming soon…”Jon’s Guitar”
Crank it up to 11…
Same thing as last time, but obviously in reverse.
Angel’s Wings design, colours inverted.
I have called this picture serendipity because the picture was, in fact, an accident. I was setting up a shot when the camera fired and caught this image. I didn’t notice it at first until my printer pointed out the reflection in the glass table which adds an air of erotica to it..
The crowd reaction to this car was amazing and all the crew did was push it down to pit road. There is something about Junior Nation and they hadn’t even ran the first race of the year.

Classic Icon of the music industry
This is what Boo would have had to contend with if he had dropped the flag as Jeff Burton’s car was just getting up to speed to complete the first lap
What this man can do with a guitar is beyond words.

These tubes are from one of my guitar amps. As far as I am concerned, audio technology peaked with the introduction of the vacuum tube. These tubes are painted with Rublev 18th century reproduction watercolor paint on Arches 140# cold-pressed paper. The cold-pressed Arches paper accentuates the extreme granulating characteristics of the Rublev single-pigment paints. This results in unusual textures which result in a nice three-dimensional quality when repeatedly glazed. The original size of this piece is 7”x5”. /
This is a quick watercolor sketch of my 1973 Fender Twin Reverb amplifier that has been converted to pre-CBS specifications. I used this amp professionally for many years and still keep it in my collection of instruments. I had a very small time window in which to paint this so it is more of a sketch than a painting but it was still very fun to do. The amp is painted with Rublev 18th century reproduction watercolor paint and Noodler’s Brown Ink on Arches 140# cold-pressed paper. The original piece is 7”x5”. /

This shot, showing the AMP building reflected in a neighbouring office tower, was taken on 23 June this year, as I walked away from Freshwater Place in Melbourne. I didn’t just want a standard reflection shot, so I took this from as acute an angle as I could, without sacrificing clarity in murky afternoon light. By shooting from this standpoint, there is interesting but conflicting geometry in the shot. The building in front of me shows clearly defined diagonals, while the reflection is on a normal plane! I do not crop, enhance or post-edit my work in any way. Shot with a Pentax K100D, using a Sigma 70-300mm lens. F8, 1/180 sec, ISO 400, focal length 300mm.
