Photograph. An image I’ve been working with I’ve titled “Closed Open Nude” printed this time on two different Asian papers and collaged together with Asian motifs.The primary paper has mango leaf inclusions. The secondary paper is a fragile taupe Unryu. A small square of Japanese block printed calligraphy paper is at the bottom, below that a section from a Chinese money envelope.
acrylic. this was a piece that came out of no where. i just felt like paiting one night and couldn’t stop once i started. it is simple, but i had fun doing it. unfortainately, i couldn’t get a better image of it.
