Milo, a young GSD X (collie?) my new addition, rescued from a dog pound
I was a teenager, hitchhiking around New Zealand on about $3 a day. My mother had lent me her old camera, and I took this photograph on the first roll of film I had ever taken. This family, English tourists I think, had picked me up and dropped me off at Queenstown, where I looked for work. I remember that they were very friendly, quirky and photogenic.
