Can nothing be an important concept in itself? This poem pays homage to the invention of zero as a number, in the form of a rhyming riddle. And (foolishly for my sanity) I decided to add the constraint that the first letter of each line would spell out the alphabet. (Check out the text version here )

As I am practically brand new to design and photography, I want to play a game and get the RedBubble community involved. It is fairly simple and the reason behind it is to challenge my creativity and develop my skills. I would like people to post a comment with a word, concept, or theme… from A to Z (the alphabet) and I will challenge myself to create a piece of wall art, and t-shirt design for each posted comment. All work will be tagged a2z along with the corresponding topic and letter of the alphabet for an easy search function. Feel free to join in the fun… so what will A be?

Gouche on paper / This was a challenge. I wanted to create my own jigsaw puzzle. I studied other puzzles…the shapes of the pieces and came up with this. It was a test in patience…taught me to examine shapes and the spaces they left.
