I HOPE THAT THIS GROUP OF WORK HAS AN AFFECT ON ANYONE THAT HAS LOST ANYONE LOVED. ON OCTOBER 4, MY BROTHER DAVID ALEN, WAS FOUND DEAD IN HIS APARTMENT. DAVID WAS 45 YEARS YOUNG, AND HAD FOUGHT AIDS FOR 19 YEARS. DAVID WAS BEAUTIFUL, BRILLIANT, ACADEMIC AND MOST OF ALL SO VERY HUMAN. DAVID WAS GAY. WHY DOES THIS EVEN NEED TO BE MENTIONED. MY PHOTOGRAPHS AND WORDS, I CAN ONLY HOPE WILL TRY TO EXPLAIN. IT IS 2007, I BELIEVE, ISN’T IT. KNOW THIS MY BROTHER WAS LOVED, AND ALWAYS WILL BE. DAVID WAS GAY. This image is the 1st in a series of 3….. My inspiration behind this are all the lovely wedding images that I see; full of hope, happiness and love, but as we all know the divorce rate is very high and unfortunately many of the beautiful and happy couples divorce… It makes me wonder how would these couples feel if they knew that a few years down the road and a couple of children later, their union would end in divorce. These are the emotions I have tried to capture and portray in my series. And I would like to add a huge thank you to my model and best friend who was also my inspiration as she too recently divorced but was still brave enough to get back into her beautiful wedding dress for this shoot.

Well this is my favorite photograph taken at the holy beach of somnath,Gujrat in India. Very early morning I was taking the photograph of sea & fortunately I caught a gentleman praying to sea & sun. That person really added life to this photograph.
