BnW Version of Lt Bourke PL which was submitted previously (with 30D) Mamiya RB67 + 50mm + Fuji Provia 100 / Converted to BnW in CS. And try in a square format. Will upload the square format in color at later stage. All Rights Reserved. I just got the film developed last week … hmmm, I should be careful about that light rays from the right hand side of the lens. Easy to reshoot right away with digital, not so much with film … Regards, / Sidqie Djunaedi
- A rare bit of graffiti that actually makes a statement, wow! / Recently fixed up the resolution so it is now available as anything from canvases to cards.
I nice survivor of the older industrial architecture in central Melbourne, slowly being encroached upon by graffiti and new age architecture.
My current favourite angle of Melbourne. Hosier Lane is FULL of collaborative art, it’s a real stand out faeture of this city, I tried to capture here the biggest chunck of the scene as i could.
This is a throw back to some earlier architectural photography I’ve done. I took this sometime in August, out in Richmond, off an amazingly bendy alley.

Taken in one of Melbourne’s alleyways. I was attracted to the lovely red light inside contrasting with the grunge in the outside.

Another one of Melbourne’s magical lane ways. This one runs between Bourke Street and Little Bourke Street. I love the industrial urban grunge this one has. The graffiti on the bin in the foreground reads COOKIE, as the building at the end of the lane way is The Curtain House, a multi level building housing Cookie, The Toff In Town and the Rooftop Bar & Cinema (in summer). This particular lane had a dark feeling to it. Although not overly dirty or strewn with rubbish, I could imagine the underbelly of Melbourne meeting here for some illegal operation. Do we have assassins in Melbourne? If we do, I’m sure this would be the perfect crime scene!
