Its hard to believe that here at the 56,000 ft base camp that the summit of the “Frozen Spire” on Gaelica III, is still 78,000 ft above. But what a view we have of the 3 moons lined up with the sun, an epic sight on this the winter equinox.

If you ever visit the world of Rogers Rest, in the Slainte system, make sure you stop for a meal at a little restaurant on the shores of the Stainless Sea. / Everyone on the planet seems to know about this place, its called Galaxies End. / The name comes from the fact that this system sits on the very edge of the Milky Way. / The locals call it “The Restaurant at the End of the Universe” not sure why, something about an author! / And they serve the best Slee Dragon wings in the known universe.

The road running from Gar Toc to Granis Gor traverses the badlands of Greenor, there’s about a 250 mile stretch of road that seems to get landslides and quakes every couple of days and its a very lonely road. / So its always best to have antigrav jets installed on whatever mode of transport you choose, because sometimes you need to take short hops over the debris.I’ve run across more than one pilgrim stuck out here for 2-3 weeks waiting for help. But it still it as to be one of the greatest night drives in the system, what with the rising moon, set against the Starlight Nebula

Here I used the bottom half of “Lightsmiths” Clifton Springs Sprung to Mind Played around in the great pastures of the minds infrared and of course, knowing me like I do (mmm ya think) beyond infrared. I couldn’t decide which one I liked, so like another artist who I admire, I wu-ed & fused them together in my mind, and this is the result. / Not sure if this is from me or the drugs I’m taking for my pneumonia, could be the drugs, they are great drugs. Years after the end of the war crimes trials of 4567, small pockets of fighters were found in remote parts of the universe, and word of the wars end had not yet reached small pockets of warriors. / Of course when a war as lasted for just over 2000 years, there are bound to be holdouts. / One such faction was led by the Klee Berserker, Anold Killraven. / But the thing with Anold, it knew the war had ended, but decided it would continue its conquest and genocidal cleansing of its enemies the Glare. A wing of special peacekeepers was programed to seek out and capture Killraven, / it took many years but once programed the wing would not fail. / Sure enough the outlaw Berserker was finally taken on Kronn’s World. Then of course after the trial, where the verdict was never in doubt, the sentence was 6 lifetimes in solitary darkness.The Klee live for up to 5 lifetimes, but they wanted to make sure, you just never know with the Klee. Then another problem arose, where to keep it, the Klee also have the ability to teleport their “bodies” short distances, after much thought, and huge amounts of credits from the Glare, one of the smaller moons of Saturn was terra-formed and a prison built just to hold Anold Killraven. Here we see one of the very rare images of the “Citadel”, it is 245 levels high, with 245 levels below sea level, it contains 245,000 identical rooms, each is 10 feet square with a door in each wall, every single room is exactly the same as the one where Killraven is kept.. At the very center is a 10’ square room where Anold resides. Everything is beamed in to it, there is no communication between the prisoner.A long time of silence to be sure. The only problem I see, is, if you can’t see it, and you don’t talk with it, ....................how do you know its still there!!

Flying city of “Rio” departing the orbit of Mars, “Rio” started out looking for technological growth, but over the centuries as really become a pleasure spot visiting many galaxies. This is the first time she as revisited the Sol System since she took flight in 2689. But with the new advances being made in stardrive technology we will probably see more of her, I know from a good source that they had a new drive installed while visiting Earth. / Here we see a view of the Blue Shimmers Casino, and the shuttle tube.

Divas patrol coming into the Eschalon system from the sub-space conduit. / The conduit is by far a better way of travel between the stars, the only other way is cryogenics, and who wants to sleep for 20 years. Course the cost is a little high. Still, its the only way to fly. / ................................................................................................................................................ I built the ships in Bryce and Infini-D, the rest is Artmatic Pro and Photoshop.

Her mission is to explore the oceans and seas of the many worlds along the edge of the Andromeda Galaxy. / To photograph and cataloge the life forms found within those waters. The Nautilus is able to travel through deep space as well as the deepest oceans, she carries a compliment of 55,000 crew. Only 1 fifth of her superstructure is ever visible above the surface of the sea, here we get a glimpse of her while exploring the seas of Valas IV, at the edge of the Fire Nebula.

Oh, to explore the lands beyond the painted sea, maybe some day, when the radiation is no longer so high. But only 6 centuries have passed since the end of the ” war to end all wars”and it is said in the counsels of the Humafins, that 10,000 years must pass before the lands are safe. Still, I can dream as I sit back on my tail before returning to the painted seas of Mother Earth.

The machines can produce a reflected starscape to gaze upon, but they cannot hide the power grid that holds back the poison gases. Still’ nobody wishes to see the dense pollution we are told is beyond the grid, better to think we can really see the stars.Better to know the grid is there beneath the streets of glass at least. We are told that what they show every night is what it looks like beyond this Earth, but no one as seen it for over 5 thousand years. / Some would have us believe that what we see is real and we are actually in space but nobody says it out loud, just rumours. But the machines know best what is there, and why should they lie!. / But sometimes I think I should go beyond the power grid and see for myself, I just don’t tell anyone, they might put me away….....still!! By Jove! was the only remark recorded from the newly launched “City of London” on her way out of the system as she passed the planet Jupiter. Fitting really although maybe it should have been “Bye Jove”. To date 41 cities have launched successfully from the planet Earth. / Humanity found this is the best way to stay at home and explore the cosmos. / This way you CAN take it with you!!! On Saturn’s moon Titan the last of humanity is packed into a city that now as 78 levels, and nobody really knows, or wants to know, what lies below the 24 level.Titan city covers just about the whole moon. But everyone knows humans need more room, more planets to colonize.Behind them are only ruined and polluted worlds. So in a last ditch effort to find new worlds, the colonyship “Last Hope” will be launched within days of this writing. Constructed on the moons surface and funded by the 54 livable levels, this really could well be humanities only hope! The question is’ Will they ever learn from their mistakes…..I think not!
