Another experiment – the day was very sunny and I aimed the camera direct at the sun’s reflection on the water and sand and came up with this rather unusual colouring/effect. Akaroa in New Zealand

Says it all really! Akaroa in South Island, New Zealand
Very cold, wet feet and quite a few frames and I finally got the image I was after. It may look like a warm place but this beach in New Zealand was very cold. I forget the name of the beach but it is very near Akaroa in New Zealand’s South Island. For the camera buffs, a 12-24mm lens on a Nikon D100 at 12mm.
