This artwork is sort of a tribute to myself, or at least the person I was when I first started seriously drawing. I made a sketch five years ago…This work is inspired by that sketch. Of course now I can take that sketch much farther than I ever would have back then. It shows my growth and experience as an artist, and I am proud of that. However, no matter what I never want to forget where I’ve come from. So enjoy this work. Also, you guys ever notice that I rarely draw men?...Is it because I secretly fear that if I do draw men that I would end up falling in love with them? :P Hot tamale! This really is an oldy, I did this in high school in March of 1996 . . .my first experience with an Airbrush. I have a lot of Illustrations of this type leading all the way up to about 2000. I recently found the original of this, scanned it in and got rid of a bit of damage it had incurred during storage. I still enjoy the feel of this one.
