White Rock Lake, Dallas, TX. It was a nice sunset, but I couldn’t quite get a nice capture of the place. Then, as the day was “dying” this idea came to me, infrared was the way to go. Hope you like it. NOTE: It’s a little noisy, personally I think it adds to the “antique” mood of the scene I was looking for and it looks nice in print but it depends on your taste

Today I drove for around an hour just to get to this place (traffic was horrendous), then after getting there I just had time to shot like 20 photos because I recalled that I needed to be somewhere else at certain time…. Was it worth it? Hell yeah! Hearing that “click” of the shutter after my first photo was all I needed to feel happy again, like in my special place… that’s it, photography takes me to Dreamland. Various techniques used to achieve that “dreamy” look. More info HERE
