These are all dogs and cats who were at one time in a shelter. I worked with many of them during the course of my volunteering at my local shelter. I would like to encourage people to choose their next family pet or companion animal from a shelter. There are far too many beautiful animals being destroyed who are fully capable of being loving, happy, life-changing friends.

These images are of my wonderful two retired racing Greyhounds. I very much hope these photographs capture their kind, gentle and fun loving nature. It wasn’t easy selecting just 12 of them! On a personal note, so many of this loving breed need forever homes after their racing days are done. Consider adopting one if you can and please contact me if you would like more information.
