Had to travel to Adelaide for work, was trapped inside all day, though managed to escape for about 30 minutes but being in the city this is as close to seeing the sunset as I got.

Similar to another of my pics but I’ve had some fun with the colours in this one. Semaphore Jetty, Adelaide, South Australia. More Seascape Images
Last Anzac day we had a fireworks show down at Brighton Jetty (on south austrlia’s western coast) just after the sun went down. Here’s what i came up with. / ps. ANZAC stands for Australia / New Zealand Army Corps, and we celebrate ANZAC day to remember all the fallen heroes in our country’s history.
This image was taken @ Port Willunga at the remains of the old jetty. On a recent journey back to Port Willunga recently, I’d noticed that many of these posts had been burnt. A fun stunt at the time I suppose :( Best viewed on a black background. Images from Australia / Architecture / Images from Japan / Sunsets / Water Scenes
Taken at Henley Beach, South Australia, one summer sunset evening.
The last remains of the old Port Willunga jetty, South Australia. Port Willunga Beach was recently named as the only Australian location in ‘Travel and Leisure’ magazine – hip travel list of emerging destinations. This is still one of my favourite locations to photograph and is only a 40 minute drive south of Adelaide. Pentax *ist DS – DSLR. Also available:

500+ views. The old Port Willunga Jetty was taken at dusk at Port Willunga Beach, South Australia, Australia. This is my favourite beach in SA. This was taken using a Canon DSLR EOS 350D. This shot was featured in the Timber and Water Group.
Depression and anxiety affect 1 in 5 Australians and can be as severe, incapacitating and life threatening as other physical ailments. Reaching out for help is often difficult. With kind thanks to Justin for modelling for this image. Taken at Hallett Cove, South Australia

A young couple enjoying the sunset at Hallett Cove, Boxing Day 2008.
I kept returning to this spot, night after night, sometimes it was raining or misty and other nights were simply ideal though a tad chilly … This spectacular natural rock arch, sculpted by weathering and erosion from the sea over thousands of years is well worth visiting. Here you can also observe a colony of New Zealand Fur-seals as they feed, swim and laze on the shore platform below. If you cannot see them you can sure smell them ! Admirals Arch can be easily reached along a boardwalk at Cape du Couedic.,Kangaroo Island, South Australia WARNING / ©2009 Globalphotos All rights reserved. / All photographs, text and images by Globalphotos are the exclusive property of Globalphotos – protected under Australian and international copyright laws. / These images may not be reproduced, copied or manipulated without written permission. / No use for Public Domain. / Use of any image for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright.
After a rare day of good weather, the jetty was busy with plenty of people. / The long exposure has helped minimise the human distraction and create the smooth water effect.
