This was taken on a lake, at Oakbank, in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, Australia. It was early morning, so there was still some mist around, on the lake. Tripod was used. There is nothing better than being up early on a cold winter’s day and being greeted with such a beautiful setting. A Canon DSLR EOS 350D camera was used.

This is Port Willunga Jetty in mono. Taken at Port Willunga, South Australia, Australia at sunset. I was going for a high key type image. This was taken on a tripod, no flash, f25, ISO 200, 1.3 sec exposure with a Canon DSLR EOS 350D. I was so fortunate to sell, on redbubble, a large mounted print of this work, with the white border and artist’s details, to a good friend.

Ok, so this isn’t official, just a bit of fun on my part ;) I’m a MASSIVE Storm Thorgerson fan, the guy is my hero. / Look him up, you’ll understand. / stormthorgerson.com This is actually an image that will be used in David Lampard’s production of ‘Elegies: A Song Cycle’.. well, the balloons that is. The pig I added purely because I thought it smacked of Floyd, and it just had to be done. So here, just for you guys, is the silly version. The real pig-less version can be seen on my dA account here And if you’re interested in getting tickets to the production, please follow that link to the deviantART version as all the info is listed there. Digital composite of several shots taken at the same time as the balloons were released. Took a bloody long time to edit, but there are no repeats and it’s all my own work, save for the pig ;) Copyright 2008 Harmony Nicholas Oh and Mr Gilmour, if you’re watching, my rates are verrrrrry reasonable ;)

This is my husband and his sister in the rowing boat. This is a rework of my shot ‘1, 2, 3’. I recently had some work constructively reviewed and it was suggested that I crop down the trees at the back and I only have 2 of the waterfowl in the front swimming past, instead of 3 of them. This was to give a sense of balance between one fowl and the boat. Anyway, I took the suggestions on board and altered the shot to produce this one. See what you think, and please let me know whether you prefer this one or the original. Many thanks for taking a peek. This was taken at Oakbank, Adelaide Hills, South Australia, Australia in the early morning.

This image was taken around the same time that my other lightning pic from marino was. Same setup etc, just different exposure. This photo took 249 seconds to expose, and was one of the most beautiful lightning theatrical productions presented by mother nature herself that i’d EVER seen.

This was taken using the dawn light at Oakbank in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, Australia, in winter. I used a Canon DSLR EOS 350D on a tripod. I think that this shot has a feeling of a sense of place about it due to the mood, lighting and composition.

This is the Beechwood Indoor Swimming Pool at Stirling, Adelaide Hills, South Australia, Australia. Beechwood Gardens have a well laid out garden designed to give interesting vistas from the house with rhododendrons massed against a backdrop of conifers and deciduous trees. Situated near the house is a beautiful cast iron and glass conservatory which was erected in the late 1960s. This conservatory had formerly been in the garden of Birksgate at Glen Osmond in South Australia. This is a private residence and it was open to the public to view the gardens to raise money for charity.

This bare tree was taken in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia, Australia. I wanted to capture the starkness of it with the use of the light and mono tones.
