2008 Acrylic on Canvas 48×48” Desi’s Grandma was Featured in / Art Up Close 15 Nov 09 This painting I finished on Dec 31st of 08 for a Jan 2, 09 exhibition start, the last of 7 new works for this show. Then I had to get right back to work on 15 new paintings promised for an early Mar 09 show (what was I thinking to promise 15 new works) I completed 19 new paintings on Mar 1, 2009 (average size 48×48” ) on canvas building the frames and strecthing canvas on the large pieces. War Dance, and Crossroads are 2 of the larger ones.

Was it yesteryear? Was it in a dream so long ago….. / Was it in another life time another era…..Was it only for a moments pleasure or was it for a life time…...that we danced, loved, as lived as lovers…....AS strangers to find each other again.
