Enraged the Lion pursued the bee back to his hive and proceeded to tear the hive to pieces. The bees quite naturally stung the lion to death. Sometimes tis more wise to suffer an injustice than to seek retribution and risk all. Aesop. Some idiots are smarter than others. I used to think some village in the mesquite countryside was missing their idiot. / After visiting Mesquiteville I realize tis a country of idiots and Bobo is their King.

  • Here’s my little bluebird boyfriend again. He’s quite a ham. Loves to pose and loves to peek into my shooter’s blind to check on me. (Don’t worry, everyone. I don’t shoot with a gun, only with a camera!) When he comes to the nesting box with goodies for the kids, he perches a while before feeding them and kind of shows off the stuff like he’s proud of his catch. Here he is with a big grasshopper. I thought it would be a nice image for a card to congratulate someone on a job well done.
