This was a flamenco dancer that we saw when we were in Barcelona, Spain. It was very dark in the theater, so I added some special effects. Other sets by Kara… / NATURE / LANDSCAPES / PEOPLE / POEMS / PORTRAITS / SPORTS / SUNSETS / TRAVEL / ARTISTIC WORK / BOUDOIR / OTHER

This intimate, bright yet dark, static yet flowing, autumn themed image was made in Baxter State Park, Maine, USA in October 2006. I like the contrast of the flowing water beneath the still branches, the pop of color from the remaining birch leaves, and the juxtaposition of the branch atop the stream in tone and color! /

Background Information: / A wind turbine is a rotating machine which converts the kinetic energy in wind into mechanical energy. If the mechanical energy is used directly by machinery, such as a pump or grinding stones, the machine is usually called a windmill. If the mechanical energy is then converted to electricity, the machine is called a wind generator, wind turbine, wind power unit (WPU), wind energy converter (WEC),or aerogenerator. This article discusses electric power generation machinery. Windmill discusses machines used for grain-grinding, water pumping, etc. The article on wind power describes turbine placement, economics and public concerns. The wind energy section of that article describes the distribution of wind energy over time, and how that affects wind-turbine design. See environmental concerns with electricity generation for discussion of environmental problems with wind-energy production. I think this image is something of an optical illusion. to me, it appears to bulge out, even though it’s concave. you decide.
Another Photoshop art project using mulitple layers and filters for final effect. Filters include Redfield plugin Fractalius as well as various brushes & textures within the layers. The image consists of my eyes, my zodiac sign (Leo) and my favourite insect, in what has become an uninteded self portrait of sorts…(I am said I). I Am Said I. Watch him play this wonderful song, and turn your speakers up high. He is so young and down-right cute in this video, and this performance is outstanding. /

An untouched macro of a big ice stick in front of the sun.The ice stick was at least 5 inches wide and I’ve decided to keep it in the freeser to make other shots the day after but with the cold it made snow flakes on it and when I rinsed the stick under the water it all cracked up with a totaly different effect for shooting…it was nice though…. :0) / /

Linaji 2009 All things are possible if we start right now to believe that here in this moment is our POINT OF ATTRACTION / That no matter for how long or what has been going on that does not seem to work can change in an instant if we understand that everything that can ever possibly happen can only happen at this point in time. NOW That everything changes when we start to see that life is suppose to be FUN and we can allow the infinite possibilities to formulate the best path for our desires to manifest. I have never seen this more true than my own life. As everyday I soften my thinking to better feeling thoughts I experience new vista’s to guide me towards that which I am becoming and that which I desire. Today has been such an easy day full of butterfly vibrations and lovely sounds and visions and YOU! xox
