My whole gang lined up along the fence near the barn and the colors and lines of their backs made such a pretty landscape I had to get this picture before they all headed back out to pasture. The figure depicted is Kokopelli, a very early spirit figure who played the flute and was believed to be the patron of music and of good luck with crops and with the ladies.
