My art is based on everything I see around me. This is from the idea that eyes are the windows of the soul. A2 on cartridge papar with a G-Tec C4 0.4 pen. Can be viewed any way up it is up to you.
Hand drawn A2 image on cartridge paper with a G-Tec C4 0.4 pen probably took about a year to do, but I don’t pay attention to the time or the drawing until it is nearly complete. Just been looking to buy some more pens and found out the drawn line is only 0.2mm! Featured in Works on Paper winner of the Patterns challenge in Finks in Ink
Drawn by hand on A2 cartridge paper with a G-Tec C4 0.4 pen with a drawing line of 0.2mm. This drawing reminds me of trying to catch my dinner as a kid in Wales

This started life as a lot of little boxes drawn on a big sheet of A2 its amazing what a lot of scribbling can end up with!
I was born 1963. I drew this work using blue biro pen on card way back in 1982 when I was just starting to learn how to draw, properly??? I must confess that I’m really not very good at maths-which is my worst subject in the whole wide world!/(my best subject was english); but, I must have been aged somewhere around 18/19, then; and, still a mere teenager. I’m now aged 45; and, the year is 2008. I recall at the time being very interested in the work of Pablo Picasso; and, the way he would create abstract female nude forms. I could never get my own work to look quite like being an actual Picasso? So, I guess, it looks more like being my own entirely unique form of abstraction, instead!
The original painting is 30” x 20” acrylic on 4 cm deep stretched canvas frame. You can find Original art for sale from the Arts-fine online gallery
