On the seafront, close to where I live, there is a permanent display of boats on the beach, belonging to the sailing club. This image is of a weather-proof tarpaulin covering one of the boats.

This is a study centre and living accommodation for college students and is within a major newly built living quarter in Brighton, England. The surrounding area is still undergoing redevelopment.
