Acrylic, marker, and paint pen on recycled metal sign / 12.5” x 16” / 2008 Nothing is separate from the web of Creation, everything is infused with Spirit and that essence radiates out to everything else. One strand connects to another, opposites merge to create a new element. This becomes That, Everything is Everything. A spider can hold the entire essence of fire and water, fire and water can make steam, new possibilities unfold but always hold the original spark of Divinity. Unique but Unified. A perfect center radiating forever outwards in an eternal web of Creative Spirit. Special thanks to Spider, who showed up unexpectedly in this painting and is my creative Ally.

by retepkIt started with photographed street lights in foggy darkness and modified using the liquefy tool. Subsequently layered with elements from several other photographs, some of which were also “liquefied”, and shapes and textures that were Photoshop -generated. It involved 31 layers in hue, overlay, lighten, pin, linear and hard lights, multiply, exclusion, difference, colour, screen and normal modes. Criticism always welcome.

Playing around in Apophysis 2.08 3D Hack and just happened to find a great place to store some of my little Apos that I use for my collages. Sure is full. Maybe I’ll have to do another one for the rest of my bits. Anyone need to rent some space? The cubes and shelves are one fractal and all the items are individual fractals. placed in the cubes and on the shelves. All items in image made using Apophysis 2.08 3D Hack and I “boxed” and “shelved” the Apo items in Photoshop CS. Browse around, perhaps you’ll see something you like.

Another tweak of the Crackle Spiral script by Kabuchan at deviantart.com. It’s a really wonderful script. I made quite a few things out of it. I guess I kinda got hung up on a spiral thing, but they just look so cool. Made in Apophysis 7X.9 and postwork in Photoshop CS. Full view for detail.
