An abstract of a foal feeding
This guy was a field mate with my horse for a short time. He only came around for treats. Part of the proceeds from this print will go to my friends at White Bird Apaloosa Horse Rescue. www.whitebirdapps.com. Please let me know if you have any problem with the link. Thanks, Mechelle

I photographed this black horse, when we camped at Holland Lake campground (Montana). He was one of the dude horses. He had a star on his forehead, identical to Black Beauty. I gave him my own private name of Blackie. The abstract qualities of this image have made it one of my favorite photos. Even though I took it years ago, it’s remained on the top of my list!
Forever reflected in pony’s eye, / a moment connected with his soul.
A dark horse in silhouette at dusk.
©Seth F.Weaver,Sr. 07/23/07. The jockey carefully and skillfully rides his horse toward the finish line, while other horses are but inches away from him. One wrong move or if his horse should stumble could mean defeat and certain death. This soap opera of the saddle is played out against the driving beat of thundering hooves. A Compullage™ creation.

BARWON PARK MANSION ~ WINDOW & CHILD’S HORSE CARRIAGE Barwon Park Mansion, near Winchelsea, Victoria, Australia This majestic 42-room bluestone mansion and stables is largely in its original condition, resonating with the glory of Victoria’s pastoral heritage. The property has been owned by only two families, the Austins and the Batsons, and was left to the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) by Sidney Batson. It is gradually being restored and has benefitted from the outstanding efforts of the Barwon Park Promoters and local volunteers over more than 30 years The public may visit the Mansion, & many of the rooms are filled with furniture & memorabilia of the era. This room was one of the rooms used by the children (hence the antique horse carriage).
This shot was over-exposed and blurry but with some help from photoshop and its plastic wrap feature, I made this :)
