These streaks were formed by paint dripping down an old water tower. Turned on it’s side, it brought back fond memories of when I used to live in the Rocky Mountains and would stare out at the beautiful vistas watching the fluidity of the clouds as they swept over the mountain tops.

thoughts, feelings, knowing-it’s a synapses of awareness. You get little gems along the grapevine and they are gold. alternatively, Steve (bodymechanic) says this reminds him of pyjamas. Obviously has a relaxing effect!

the sounds, the vibrations, the movement. The energy of life is well upon us and I felt the inspiration for this one has come from colour, music and flow. It doesn’t make much sense, but we structure it anyway. Some times it melts, we fit in the little moments of our true selves and reveal that our true selves are in everything we do. there are no signs we need, no hoops to jump through. We are already here and knowing where we are, we are there. Living. Enjoy.

Blue River - melted wax crayon on canvas heat experiment: Youtube video demo (Art Print)
by CDCcreativeUS$3.42–US$91.20
Close up photograph of Blue River. I melted wax crayons with an embossing heat gun and let them run on the canvas. / Building up layers successively. The final work is not that appealing to me but I am really just experimenting and having fun. I plan on playing more with this technique. The close up photo I took is kind of cool. See my you tube video Playing with Crayons to watch me creating this.

I was surprised to see the bits of the stamen from a lily drip down on to this water droplet… the sun made it glow.

Thanks to the magic of inspiration, I have produced another painting. As usual, I am tempted to continue fiddling. It may need gold, perhaps… I know we are requested to only put finished images up….it could be finished! We’ll see.

Acrylic on canvas. / My tribute to Jackson Pollock. / Oh the freedom of dripping paint and trying to loose myself in it without thinking about directing it. We should all feel the freedom sometime.
-
/ Anonymous donation to further my work. / Share my work with friends & family. An interesting approach to combining flames and water as clothing decoration. / The design goes well with whichever color shirt you choose to buy.
