Canvas Print sold of this artwork on 23 October 2009. Acrylic Painting on Artist Canvas Panel 18” x 24” (45,72cm x 60,96cm) commissioned. Completed 11 May 2008. ______ / My version of a scene from Baobab Alley in Madagascar. This alley is lined on both sides by these giant Baobab trees. It has been declared a National Tourist attratction in Madagascar. In the rest of the regions on this large island, these trees are being brought down at an alarming rate. I wanted to portray their plea by having them placed in such a ways as if they were holding “hands” as protection against MAN. Just for fun! Watercolour on AMEDEO 200GSM artist paper / SIZE: A4 Geranium Series: / I am busy with this series. This painting together with two others are experimental paintings, in preparation of my new commissioned work, received from a Swiss client. The final 4 paintings will be closeups of geraniums. I work with a fellow bubbler on this dingy sailor1, using her photos of geraniums. Thanks so much for your help Maggie!
