have always wanted to capture a big plane landing but could never be there at the right time or having the wind blowing in the right direction. The low clouds helps bring the plane closer than usual….i could almost touch it….hahhah. To see a hugh metal flying over you at approx. 200kph is…...priceless. The jetfuel, the noise…...Perfect. My son turned to watch in disbelief and amazement as his toy plane actually took flight in the living room. After grazing my head it eventually crashed and burned near the end table. Both have been grounded ever since…. This is straight out of the camera. Nothing is attached to the airplane. The secret to the shot lies in the EXIF data which I have provided below. Camera: Canon EOS 40D / Exposure: 1/3200 sec / Aperture: f/2.2 / Focal Length: 50 mm / ISO Speed: 3200 / Exposure Bias: 0 EV / Flash: Flash did not fire

Not really. Although this 747 is parked next to Highway 99W at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum in McMinneville, Oregon. I was able to walk under the 747. Talk about an awesome experience. Shadow is sitting next to a 747 landing gear tire at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum in McMinneville, Oregon. The day we went it was rather warm outside, Shadow enjoyed the air current and shade of the 747. Rescued from from a puppy mill earlier this year. She had 4 liters in 5 years.
