Three Dimensions Kamilnueve
I love Norway so much. An endlessly varying landscape, great people, amazing language and fantastic cheese – the country is perfect. This photo was taken whilst driving around Norway, and is typical of the views you can see on an average summer’s day in the countryside. (Looks MUCH better bigger :)) / / Detail: /
Here is another of my Norwegian pieces. It saw this whilst driving around Norway, and it is typical of the views you can see on an average summer’s day in the countryside. / Detail: /

Working on building a floor. I have no idea where I’m going with this at the time however. This was saved on 11/16/2008.
In this image I took the floor from the previous and put it on supports and mounts. I also built up stairs which lead to it. I would say the most difficult part from building the mounts. Saved on 11-24-2008.

If you enjoy this piece, you might enjoy my other works- / “Listen these next few days to your friends to get answers you seek.” -Cookie’s Fortune I was inspired to make this piece due to new beginnings in my life, the idea of starting a new chapter slaped me with the urge to create. there were a lot of new feelings and thoughts rolling around in my head. It was like a masss of gunk that had to be removed. I put it on canvas i hope you enjoy it. Teckno aka mindless, lyricless music is a great background fule for happy creative stabbing, and wanting to create things. Original artwork still in my possession. The rustic, steampunk-ish concepts combined with a side of macabre creates an unusual visual experience reminiscent of what could be seen as post-apocalyptic artwork. If you find this piece appealing you might enjoy artists such as- / This is a painting I created in the found object art style. I began with the 3-dimensional aspects of the piece then proceeded to create the background image on which the first portion would be attached. For the “sculpture” I started with distress ink techniques on paper, then mixed together black paint and a combination of glues to form the sludge effect. After molding the glue/paint-compound to have the desired effect I continued on to use a selected burning method on the paper to create a singed and aged feel. When I was satisfied I affixed to the fusion some bits of broken mirror, nails, a cookie’s fortune, a bottlecap, a doll’s eye, a heart-shaped pendant, a keyring, a smiley face pendant, a safety pin, and various lengths of metal twine that I had bent and shaped to my liking. To create the background, I took a canvas and I used black and brown paint to cover my hands and smear the colors to completely blanket the white surface. I then used a knife, a pair of scissors and a fork to strategically scrape away paint to reveal the pale canvas underneath to further the aged and decayed feel. When I was finished with scraping the paint away, I then used rust colors of brown, red, black and a burnt sienna to give more of a corroded metal appearance. Finally, I attached the sculpture to the canvas and scratched in my signature. The End.
