WINNER – Gaia – The Living Planet Competition Untouched photograph taken on 35mm. Best viewed LARGE
having given myself the afternoon to spend with redbubble I’ve decided to post a wildcard image into the fashion competion. Originally shot on velvia in available light and if you look really closely the model has a camera in her crotch. :) / This is a companion image to “Bloom” these look really good framed. hint hint :)
This is from a series I produced a few years ago in my homemade, primitive yet functional darkroom. Sadly, my enlarger now lives in the bottom of a cupboard :(

Some more of my experimenting… I really like how this one turned out… its a double exposure taken on my Holga with out of date 35mm film… Unique and totally un-repeatable. I hope you enjoy it and the ones to come too =D
Scanned 35mm film / Shot in 2000
Long exposure of a train entering Union Station in Providence, RI. Captured with a Diana+ with a 35mm back and cross processed Kodak Elite Chrome 100 film. No photoshop manipulation, but the negative was woefully under-exposed, so the scanner had its work cut out to bring the darkened photo to life. “Warped Speed” is featured in the Experimental Photography and Editing and Rhode Island groups. I am currently in the process of designing a CD cover for a music compilation of artists who perform at the Famous Blue Raincoat and this was put together from an experiment I performed on some out of date 35mm film in my Holga..Well the film results were rather odd, but I kinda liked how it turned out… Hope you enjoy it =D
