A slightly bendy pen and ink version of this famous painting by Munch.
This is one of two copies of an older painting of mine and I completed them last week. When I say copies, maybe I mean variations (you be the judge). My sister-in-law admired my original painting and so did the lady who is organising my exhibition this year. My wife also admired it. I wanted them all to be happy, so I decided to get my watercolours out and do the painting again … and again. The exhibition lady got the original and my sister in law one of the new versions. I am happy, because I corrected a perspective problem I’d noticed. Just thought I’d let you all have a look.

Original drawing scanned and the Christmas decorations added. This was drawn by me when I was very young. I actually used this image for my Christmas Cards last year and added a few sparkley stars to the hair piece. it was well received.

Taken during very bad weathr off Cape Town. As it was too rough to use launches we stored the supertanker using a helicopter
We were off Cape Town in bad weather and so we couldn’t use a launch. The Bell 212 fetched and carried the stores out to the ship. Next stop would be Galveston where the 2,000,000 barrels of crude oil would be discharged.
