In 1968, my husband, Lynn Rosevear, started a small business in Buena Park for Volkswagon accessories. It eventually grew to 17 retail stores throughout California, with stories written in VW trends magazine and an off-road racing team as well. / This is a photograph of the AutoHaus logo designed by Dave Deal (remember ‘Deals Wheels’ – had a few of those hotwheels – hehehe), the business unfortunately went south (long story), but the memories are still spoken of with the entire family… VW

My Uncle Jim’s pride and joy.
I guess they do. /
I had painted the boy, on the left (Had actually painted him, many years ago, as well.) and Melissa Lees, who teaches art, at Hazelhurst Arts and Community Centre, suggested that it would have been good if this had been a rectangular (horizontal) large painting, featuring more of the background. / So I went back to the original slide and added the other boy and am thinking off adding an extra painting, also same size, to the left, of the boys. / Creating what she was talking about but in three panels.
