Here’s some dandelions growing in my front yard with the sky & clouds in the background.

  • Possibly the strangest photograph I have ever taken. It was late afteroon and I was approaching the entrance to Piccadilly Station when I saw these people gazing at the local sights. I was extremely lucky to have just one frame of film left. The light was getting dim so I shot at full aperture and prayed everything would turn out all right.. Thankfully it did! London, 1967.

  • I was lucky to have my camera with me when I saw this amusing scene on my travels.Scotland,1964.

  • Namerica (2000)
    by John Martin Sain

    US$3.16–US$84.36

Dedicated to Phan Thi Kim Phuc and the casualties of the U.S. – Vietnam War. Based on the Pulitzer Prize winning photo by Nick Ut. I painted this after recognizing the shallow depth of knowledge our younger generations seem to possess about this period in American history (and the lessons we’ve learned from it).

  • Bask
    by Basia McAuley

    US$4.28–US$114.00

Here’s a photo of my little girl taken noon today basking in the warm sun at the local beach. I just find this image very relaxing

  • Every year the Scottish travelling people used to come for the harvest. Their children used to play with ours. Here is a nice friendship hat was formed around 1963.

  • Scotland 1961. / Leica IIIb, 35mm film

  • Saw these lads enjoying themselves while I was out on my Sunday walk.I liked the spontaniety of their expressions. / Scotland, early 1960s / Leica IIIb, 35mm film.

  • Walking through Covent Garden some time in the late 1960s I observed this scene. The little girl seemed lost in a world of her own.

  • Observed this in a London Park in the late 1960s. I was attracted to this because it seemed to have a personality of its own. I think that something like this left in a public space today would attract the attention of the security squad. Changed days!

  • Davie worked in the pits fro age 14 and retired at 70. Saw distinguished service in the Great War. Had been retired a few years when this was taken and was just getting ready to have pint half with his mates.Scotland 1964. / Mamiya C3, 105mm Sekor. Medium format film.

  • A Bit of Business
    by david malcolmson

    US$3.99–US$106.40

My attention was drawn to this little drama. There was a sharp exchange of words between these two gentlemen. The one on the left seemed quite abashed – seemed to be getting a teeling-off for some sin of omission or commission.Even at that date, around 1967 their headgear seemed old-fashioned.

  • I observed this gentleman listening to a ‘hell-fire” preacher at Speakers’ Corner. and wondered why he looked so uneasy. / Mamiya C3, medium format film. This as published in the ‘Ava Guide to Outdoor Photography.’
